Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking indtependently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as igt can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

Yes, it can affect babies muscles and bones. So you should avoid doing it. At least tell your baby turned six months old till the time baby should be totally on a laying position. And with the time you can start to make baby sit and stand but till the time you have to avoid doing all such things.
