hlo doctor my son age is 8 th month running he is suffering nose congestion from last three days he is not sleeping at nights not also not feeding well I use nasal spray what problem doctor I can I do

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
