Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly give plenty of water to drink to the child and keep the child in cool atmosphere and the minimum urination should be more than 8 times in 24 hours and at the same time it should be pale yellow to transparent so kindly give plenty of water
