hlo doctor... my baby is 4 month old but she's not gaining weight.. she's only 4 kg.. suggest something

A. Dear parent, what was your baby’s birth weight? You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. she's 3.5kg during birth tym and now she's 4 months old but only 4 kg... she's exclusively on breastfeed
