hlo doctor, my baby is 1 year 10 months old she is crying from 1 week day and night if she see food also she is crying, she always asking for milk only , I'm not getting why she is crying ?

As she is just filling her stomach with milk hence thats the reason for it z and that alone isnt enough for her hunger.
Children do create tantrum to fulfil there needs.
so better be firm and avoid to always give in to their demands otherwise they will never learn
make a diet routine and limit her milk intake
