hlo doctor my 9 month old son caught cough cold running nose please suggest any home remedy or medicine

A. tminic drops z. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
