hlo doctor, my 8 month baby fell down in the bed, after fell down she cried little after feed she stopped crying, but she vomited 1 tym after feed, we checked full any thing pain or swelling in her body but no, she is active only she playing but worrying abt she vomited 1 tym is there any serious kindly please say doctor
