hlo doctor, my 8 month baby fell down in the bed, after fell down she cried little after feed she stopped crying, but she vomited 1 tym after feed, we checked full any thing pain or swelling in her body but no, she is active only she playing but worrying abt she vomited 1 tym is there any serious kindly please say doctor

Still wait for 24 to 48 hours monitor the behaviour of the child close the gate if you see sad and vomiting or anything which is not normal in the behaviour then immediately you should consult a doctor or sometimes and that would be a sign for an internal injury
