Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for fixedf feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
also if the weightf gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's quite normal to see your baby falling asleep while you're breastfeeding. This is mostly considered as a healthy indication as baby is full and satisfied and now calmly dozes off. But if your little one does it quite frequently and too early, then it's something that should be taken care of.
