hlo doctor my 2 year old baby not going motion regularly, when she try to go motion, she struggling a lot after that only the poop is coming and it is also very tight in consistancy, any problem

some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
here the diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
