Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you ccvan also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello give paracetamol once in every 6 hours for two days bit if the fever is worsening then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and als safe
