hlo doctor...m mother of 3.7 years baby mom...my baby weight is 13 kg...wht I'll give her for gud heath ND for height...plz suggest me doctor

A. For increasing weight and overall health, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. For height, engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, hanging, swimming and other outdoor games.
