A. Hi, every day massage with coconut oil and wash your face. After face wash apply facecream which suits your skin. The cream should be very light. Avoid powders. Take more liquid like fresh fruit juice, water, buttermilk, vegetable soup, coconut water and water and keep yourself hydrated which is very important for your skin.
