Hlo doctor, I had frequent urination and stomach cram and gas not comming out properly and constipation also after doing potty felling like potty not happen properly what to do suggest something

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. constipation post pregnancy is very common. you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity. regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation. important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water. if constipation doesn't improve it can leadx to to piles and bleeding due to its complication many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the xconstipation is not improving with dietary modification. meet your doctor.

Frequent urination can be assigned for urine infection or UTI it’s better to check with your doctor and they’ll help you with medicines with all the problems associated that you’re facing as they all can be interconnected with the infection probably that frequent urination that you’re having
