A. You can use any soft pillow which wouldnt generate much heat or restrict the movement of the baby. Also it shouldnt be too high hurtong the babys neck. If u r asking to shape the babys head. Avoid horse shoe pillows which can restrict the babys movement. Instead go for grass mat(korai paai in tamil).
