hlo doc We started learning swimming few days ago, nd since then we have sore throat and it also leads to high temperature. pls suggest what can be done to cure this sore throat due to swimming pools water, I too have sore throat nd pain in throat all time. pls suggest some remedy. We had already taken anti biotic too for treatment bt stil after that it again happened

YOu have to ask your trainer as ou need to be careful regarding the keeping your mouth close as to avoid the intake of pool water as it contains chlorine in it
