hlo,..do nestum rice stage 3 can be given to 13 months baby??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hi. yes you can.. By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form. Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time. Limit the milk intake to maximum 32 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids. give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form.Porridges should not be watery. It should be thick enough not to fall off the spoon. By 1 year, baby should be taking 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Now you can give egg white, butter, Hing, very little salt and sugar, cheese.
