hiiii sir my baby girl 3 year one month old baby had got fever from last 2days but it is CMG frequently n she have cold n cough plus running nose I gave syrup like Allegra n calpol but it is not curing can u suggest any antibiotic she is going to school may be it is viral flu I think.

nose flowing so give her proper antibiotic too and syrup sinarest and steam inhalation too
