Q.

Hiii my son is 4 months old and within 10-15 days I've to join my job so I won't be able to nurse him as long as I'm out. so can I give him formula milk and which one will be best for his growth

A. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
