hiii my son is 1.5 year old . he is very active and happy child. but he is doing poop 3 times a day with very bad smell. once we did his blood test for random. wbc was 12900 is this could be the reason of 3 times poop ?

A. good evening it could be because of infection I would recommend you to give light food to the child for the next couple of days which can be easily digested try to give more of seasonal fruits vegetables and fresh fruit juices
