hiii my son having 2.2 years, but not speaking words... can i consult a doctor

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Look if your child is understanding and responding well to everything with gestures also it’s not a problem as some kids pick up on the speech by 2 1/2 years yet if you want to be on the safer side yes you can consult a doctor as well
