hiii.. my kid is 2.9 months old...he suddenly vomits during his sleep(night) and after 1 day he repeats the same....what will be the reason..he is not having fever,cold or cough...

A. if you are 2 years 9 months old child is having vomiting during the sleep time it may be because of either some infection or could be because of gas to esophageal reflux so consult your doctor and get a proper evaluation done
