For healthy weight gain, child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods

ideally the weight of one year baby should be anywhere between 9-11 kgs..Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby. Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
