hiii.... meri beti 8 month ki hai..... 3-4din se use bukhar tha doctor ko dikhya to food infection kaha tha dava bhi di ab use bukhar nai hai 2 din se lekin uska voice ghera ho gaya hai.... to koi taklif ki bat hai ya normal hai?
