Mam looking at the details it is very clear that your child is perfectly going well as per the age Just yes the issue could be pointing but then you should teach your child to point that if you want something you have to point so slowly the child is going to learn about it and sometimes the child does not have that kind of habit of asking something because parents gave time to do not feel the urge of asking you so stop giving things without asking try to ask your child do you want this do you want that or wait for the child to ask naturally because of what you are mentioning is a very common behaviour and is not indicating towards a problem but still i understand that as a mother you must be really having some queries so you can talk to your doctor about it
