hiii.. I am having throat pain around 3 weeks. having also cough and having pain when I swallow food even saliva.

I think you’re having a throat infection for that you can consult your doctor and if you’re not pregnant because you’re not given any details about yourself and you can take zifi 200 MG you can take it twice in a day morning and in the night before sleeping also do gargle with warm water while adding some salt and turmeric into that
