Q.
Hiii Gud evening, My baby suffering from motions from last three days. After consulting pediatrician ,they gave following medicine like ofloxacin and metronidazole suspension, saccharomyces boulardii 250 mg oral suspension and zinc dry powder..i am continuing that medicine .but there is no improvement,can i feed regular food and fruits in this condition.

Give your child easily digestible homemade foods like khichadi, pongal, curd rice. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Good luck and take care.
