You could probably give them legumes such as chickpeas, dals, black gram dal, lobia , rajma etc
pumpkin seeds, cashewnuts , almonds , sunflower seeds,
milk , cheddar cheese, oats, brown rice, whole wheat.
vegetables, such as spinach, mushrooms , brocoli. fruits such as black beeries, pomogrante , avacado,
sea foods such as oysters, shrimp, fish such salmon , sardines, etc
