hiii doctor may 26/5/2021 my family had civid positive that time my baby also had fever and exact after 2 month 24/7/2021 my baby had fever without any symptoms I consulted my pediatric and he gave me a antibiotics he said give antibiotics 5 days and he is fine now but can I continue antibiotics because my podiatric number not reachable

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you caczn also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
