Hiii doctor I am breastfeeding mom. my girl is 1.5 year old . I have vitamin d deficiency so doctor give me vitamin d3 tablets. one of my friend suggest me this vitamin d 3 sachet . please explain can u take this medicine???

A. Both are good so you can take but fir sachet you need to check how it has to be taken like once in a week and for tablet as well so follow your doctor advice take care abd expose yourself to sunlight on daily basis
