shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello sir teething is a long process so do not worry Till the age of 3 years your child will get all his teeth that means he will get a set of 20 milk teeth initially so do not worry just take care of the hygiene and the keep giving calcium to the child
