Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that mothers milk would be the main source of nutrition for your baby until she turns 1 year old what you can do at this time it is starch reach food items along with proteins carbohydrates at least three servings of fruits and vegetables throughout the day all of this will definitely help gain the necessary weight even if she appears lean but is gaining the weight do not worry
