hii sir today my child (37 days) streched his body again and again and making noice from his throat (hhhhhh) like this even in sleep is it ok or need some medicines ( his fever is 98.4)

A. this is very normal thing it may be because of gases so you can give bonnisan drops and neopeptine drops to the baby and also give proper burping after every feed
