hii sir my baby is 7months old .. when I started cow milk

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Once your baby is one year of age then you can start giving cow milk to the baby and till then keep feeding or start formula milk if your milk flow is not enough for the baby but in cooking porridge you san use it

Cow's milk, when introduced before the age of 9 months, can cause bleeding in the intestines and increase the risk of anemia. Further, cow's milk is so high in protein and minerals that it increases the workload of the kidneys.
