Get your baby personally examined by the doctor and seek further advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months completion. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil

Well I don’t think so it’s a problem but still if you have a concern regarding this question you can connect with your doctor to have a clarity on this also if you would have posted a picture along with your question I think it would have been given me a better understanding
