Hii sir/madam can I add my baby's food light honey or jugggery

A. Yes of course you can add jaggery but honey should be avoided till one year of age and even coconut sugar can be given to the baby in sweet foods take care

A. hi dear Please avoid honey for babies under one year, as it can lead to botulism poisoning. As you can see, the risks associated with feeding jaggery to babies under one far outweigh the benefits.
