Hii Sir, Is it ok to give my 9 months old baby cow milk without diluting and also is it Ok to give salt in small concentration? Kindly advise.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old
breastmilk or formula is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients.
