hii sir , 7 month 23 days boy baby..weight was 5.500 kg..which food I hve to give him...very lean

A. Hi parent Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits Don't give her packagd and processed food Don't give her maida and excess sugar and salt.
