Hii..my son is 3.5 yrs old..he is suffering with fever from 4 days..nd from 2 days onwards he is feeling sleepy all the time .. wherever he sits he is falling into sleep...what could be reason for his sleepiness in fever..plzz tell any

A. It might be due to weakness or effect of medicine but it’s good the more he rest the faster he will recover give more liquids avd light to digest foods yo the child
