Q.
hii..my son is 11months old...from 2 days he is not able to sleep at night...due to runny nose he use to breathe from mouth...so while laying down to sleep or breastfeed he cant be able to do so...cause he is taking breathe and feeding frm mouth so both them not working at same tym...and also whlie laying down he snatch his ears n head very roughly...please help

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoiffd too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
