Also monitor her sleep schedule, water consumption and make sure she's active throughout the day. Please add these in her diet- cheese toast, aloo paratha, paneer cutlet, nuts ladoo, banana smoothie, dal khichdi.
These are nutrient and calorie sense foods which are liked by children.
