hii my baby was 6 months I am giving him solid food like cerelac, apple carrot and breast feeding, he is going for motion freely, but some times he was trying very hard to go and motion becoming very tight

A. the baby is 6 months of age probably you must have started weaning foods to the baby you are using appropriate foodstuffs to the baby please continue them in addition to some water also to the baby to drink
