hii my baby is completed 5 and turning 6 months soon...should i start with some formula milk to him upto he is exclusive on bf...he is not sleeping in night also sleeping less in day time...should i give him fm or start with some rice puree like things..if fm than which brand and how much quantity

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mom that was the right practice to only exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete
now after completion of six months introduced top food
but you should continue breastfeeding on demand do not introduce formula
you can give variety of home food in soft and mashed form like cereal pulse porridge, kheer, vegetable puree
dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curds
