Hii My baby is active but her motion is in green colour and sometimes with blood. is there any serious issue

A. hi, blood in stool is not normal, green bloody stool can be infection, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
