hii my baby is 4months old.nd am breastfeeding yesterday I found small white pimple like on my nipple nd today it became red .after I peeled it off it went nd there was small hole like nd milk is coming there now.what is it any doctors here pls suggest

You should immediately apply coconut oil on that area it will help to cure the area fast. Rather than this you have to clean your nipples properly before feeding your baby. It will get cured by its own in next 1 to 2 days. But if you are having extreme pain or anything else then you should definitely consult with your doctor about it.
