hii my baby is 15months old having loose motions from 3days like 3-4times a day very loose watery kind of my doctor suggested ORS is their any specific ors for babies or adult ones only

No there is no specific one for the child is just regular one which is suitable for all age group from a small small child to an adult everybody is going to have the same ORS only so just prepare it in a proper manner like 1 L bottle is used to make 1 L of RS and accordingly you can continue to give
