Q.

Hii..my baby girl is in 14 th month last week.Due to lack of mothers milk , doctor suggested me formula milk to feed to baby. But she is not drinking formula milk. so that I stopped giving formula milk ( lactozen 3).I started giving buffalo milk after dilution during morning time. But night she will get thirsty while sleeping, but she won't drink water and she will cry. so that I am adding kalakand ( Rock candy sugar ) for sweetness in water. Now she is having that sweet water and she is sleeping.my question is daily night time giving sweet water ( rock candy sugar ) is it ok or that leads to any problem? please help me.

A. no sweet water at all. Children should learn how to drink water without any flavor or sweetner in it. If they are thirsty enough, they will drink it. Put the water in a cup rather than a bottle.

A. But Why are you giving our sweet water to the child if you keep giving it this way then your child will never accept the regular test of water that is what you are not realising and also why don’t you give buffalo’s milk to the child during the night time also there is the best option to give you can keep it in a flask right next to you and whenever your daughter is hungry you can just pour the milk and give it to the child is better than giving water to the child
