hii my babies is having fever and dry cough ...currently fever and all clinics are closed i given her crocin at 3.30am then what should I do?

A. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. you may repeat the correct dose of it in every 6 hours. give adequate fluids, if fe er is high grade can do telid sponging
