Hii Mam, on my delivery they kept copper T for me in the hospital. Now its almost 2 months. on my 45 th day of delivery I want for a checkup and they scanned and said copper T is in good position. I asked when to remove it they said only on menstural days we can remove it. My menses have not yet come after my delivery and I'm gaining weight too much. Does this weight gain because of placing copper T? And now I'm doing exercise to reduce my belly weight. Can I do exercise with copper t iniside will this cause any problem. kindly advise.
