hii mam my daughter is 1yr 5months old she didn't gained weight so please suggest me which food is trying mam

A. Hello! It is important for you to give your child nutrient dense foods. Add healthy fats like ghee or butter to your child daily diet. Concentrate on protein and dairy rich foods. Give your child small frequent meals in a day. Reduce giving too much of water or other liquids just right before the meals as it can reduce the appetite.
