hii madam... my three year old baby girl doesn't sleep properly at day time... and she sleeps well at night.. for well sleep she needs to head bath everyday at night before going to bed... without bath it is very hard to get her in deep sleep.. is there any solution for this problem

A. Approaching I cannot suggest you to give a head bath to the child every day because in winter season if you do so your child is going to catch cold cough and fever instantly after that and if you want to give only a bath to the child you can give it with hot water it’s not a problem and it’s totally fine with what you mentioned
